New WONDER WOMAN 1984 Trailer Spotlights Diana & Steve Trevor's Romance

With Wonder Woman 1984 finally making it’s way to theaters and HBO Max in a few weeks the marketing machine is in full swing. Warner Bros. dropped a new trailer for the highly-anticipated sequel over the weekend during a CCXP panel in Brazil. Clocking in at just a minute, the clip features a mix of previously-seen and fresh snippets from upcoming film. “Diana, one day you will become all that you dream of and more,” Diana’s mother Hippolyta tells the young hero, over action-packed footage from Wonder Woman 1984. “Then everything will be different. This world is not yet ready for all that you will do. You will become a legend.” Check it out!

While not much new footage was released during the panel, it was revealed the sequel has a runtime of two hours and 31 mintues. Wonder Woman 1984 will have its groundbreaking release in both theaters and HBO Max on Christmas Day, where it will stream exclusively for a month, free of charge to subscribers. With director Patty Jenkins back at the helm and Gal Gadot returning in the title role, the film also stars Chris Pine as Steve Trevor, Kristen Wiig as The Cheetah, Pedro Pascal as Max Lord, Robin Wright as Antiope, and Connie Nielsen as Hippolyta. This movie is rated PG-13 for sequences of action and violence.
