Old Navy Taps Anna Sui For Its First-Ever Designer Collaboration — A ’90s-Inspired Capsule That’s Pure Nostalgia Chic

Old Navy is stepping into the designer collab spotlight — and its debut partnership is one for the fashion history books. Taking a cue from its sister brand Gap’s buzzy collaboration track record, the retailer has teamed up with iconic New York designer Anna Sui on a limited-edition collection packed with playful ‘90s nostalgia, romantic boho flair, and wearable whimsy.

The collaboration, conceptualized and brought to life by Zac Posen, Gap Inc.’s Executive Vice President and Creative Director, marks a first for Old Navy — and a stylish reunion for two longtime friends. “Anna is a true American icon — fun, joyful, rock ’n’ roll, and with the coolest taste in fashion,” said Posen in a press release. “She has infused this collection with everything the Old Navy community loves: energy, joy and a spirit of fun. It’s the perfect balance for Old Navy, and we’re thrilled that she is our very first designer collaborator.”

For Sui, the partnership felt like a natural fit. “I am so happy to bring my designs to the Old Navy customer and collaborate with Zac on this first for the brand,” she shared. “I design for women who want to be themselves and have fun with fashion. I hope this collection inspires every woman to do just that!”

The 40-piece capsule collection delivers everything you’d expect from an Anna Sui moment — think bold floral prints, dreamy ruffles, and feminine silhouettes reimagined for everyday wear. Highlights include delicate lace-trimmed slip dresses, cozy knit cardigans, structured denim sets, and graphic baby tees that feel straight out of a ‘90s time capsule. But the hero of the lineup? A chocolate-brown faux suede coat trimmed with faux fur and contrast stitching — worn to perfection by It-girl musician PinkPantheress.

Prices range from $19.99 to $119.99, with inclusive sizing from XS to 4X. The collection is available to shop now both online at oldnavy.com and in select stores nationwide. This is one collaboration you’ll want to move fast on — Old Navy x Anna Sui is the kind of joyful, effortlessly cool fashion fusion that won’t stay in stock for long.
