All nine Star Wars movies are heading back to theaters for one epic 20+ hour marathon! StarWars.com announced the films will return to the big screen in honor of Star Wars Day and the 25th anniversary of Star Wars: The Phantom Menace.

The films will be shown in chronological order starting with the first prequel, The Phantom Menace (which is heading back to theaters for 25th anniversary screenings), and they’ll end about 20 1/2 hours later, with The Rise of Skywalker.

The screenings are going to be an all-day event starting at 8pm on Friday, May 3, continuing all the way through Star Wars Day on May 4. There won’t be intermissions — you’ll have to make your own, and if make it through the marathon you’ll get an exclusive look at the new Star Wars Disney+ series The Acolyte and a “special limited edition poster.”

Lucasfilm hasn’t given fans a look at the “special” poster yet, but they have released images of the new artwork created by artist, Matt Ferguson for the 25th anniversary re-release of The Phantom Menace.
