Star Wars fans are already making their “wish lists” with all the new May the 4th product launches coming next month. If you’re a tabletop gaming fan you’re going to want to make some room on your shopping lists for Funko Games’ new Star Wars Rivals card game.
The all-new expandable card game gives players the chance to choose choose a side (dark or light) and create a squadron of iconic characters to collect the most location cards to win against their opponent. The game can be played with two people or with teams — providing endless opportunities for new strategies and Galactic fun!

The Premier Set offers fans four character-themed game movers and character cards, an exclusive prism die, 14 action cards, 18 tokens and markers, and 12 location cards, which include four that are exclusive to the set. There are also Light and Dark Side Character Booster Packs to expand game play.

The Premiere Set is for ages 7+ and retails for $19.99 USD it offer fans four character-themed game movers and character cards, an exclusive prism die, 14 action cards, 18 tokens and markers, and 12 location cards, which include four that are exclusive to the set.
The Light Side and Dark Side Character Booster Packs retail for $4.99 USD each, and can expand game play with one character-themed game mover and character card, two location cards, game die, five action cards, 16 tokens and markers.

The game made it’s debut at Star Wars Celebration Europe earlier this month. If you weren’t able to make the trip to London to get in on the exclusive, pre-release sale at the convention you’ll be able to get the Star Wars Rivals Premier Set starting May 4, 2023 at walmart.com. The Premier Set and Character Booster Packs will be widely available early June in all U.S. Walmart store locations.
