If you love Star Trek fashion you’re probably already familiar with Volante Design’s officially-licensed jackets inspired by the franchise’s iconic films and television series. The latest design is a departure from the line’s Starfleet uniform designs. This time, it’s a vest — inspired by the armor of the Klingon Defense Force.
The Klingon Vest is available for pre-order now from Volante Design. It’s crafted from tough, water-resistent material and features lots of nice details like removable shoulder armor and contrasting stitching. It retails for $395 and is a men’s cut vest available in sizes 37 through 51. Volante Design will only be making 24 of these vests “to honor the 12 days and 12 nights Kahless fought his brother.”
