Kermit And Fozzie Have The Energy We All Need Heading Into 2021

I don’t know about the rest of you, but I feel like I stumbled into 2021 after the last 10 months we’ve all experienced. Kermit the Frog and Fozzie Bear are welcoming the new year with a socially-distant version of their road trip song, “Movin’ Right Along” and it’s everything I needed this week!

The duo posted the song on The Muppets official Instagram page with the following caption:

Join us as we all get Movin' Right Along into 2021 with a song in our hearts, a banjo on our knee, and a bear behind the wheel. Happy New Year!!! ….from The Muppets.

The song was originally sung during a road trip between the two friends as they were making their way to California in the classic 1979 film The Muppet Movie. Keep going for the original version of the song which is streaming now on Disney+, and here’s to a healhy and happy 2021!
