THE GOONIES Cast Gets Together On Zoom For A Nostalgic Reunion

Believe it or not, The Goonies turns 35 this year. (I know?!?). I remember taking some of my siblings to see it in the theater back in the day, and on the rare occasion we are able to get together in person the Truffle Shuffle may or may not happen (a few times) before it’s all over.

It’s one of those movies that will always hold a special place in my heart, so it was pretty special to see the cast get together Monday on Zoom for a reunion broadcast on YouTube. The q&a session was organized by Josh Gad to benefit The Center for Disaster Philanthropy and if you’re a Goonies fan you’re going to love it!
All the surviving cast members joined in the call, including Sean Astin, Josh Brolin, Corey Feldman, Jeff Cohen, Kerri Green, Martha Plimpton, Ke Huy Quan, Joe Pantoliano and Robert Davi. Director Richard Donner who just celebrated his 90th birthday on April 24th was there, along with a few other celebrity surprises. Make sure you keep watching until the end. Check it out!
