If you’re looking for ways to workout while you’re self-isolating during the coronavirus pandemic the God of Thunder has a gift for you straight from Asgard. Chris Hemsworth is offering his fitness app, Centr, for free for six weeks so you can train like Thor at home.

The actor shared a video on Instagram Monday announcing the six-week free trial. He also spoke about the importance of physical activity and good nutrition during these uncertain times.

"I hope you're all staying healthy and strong out there — just wanted to check in," Hemsworth said in the video. "A lot of fear, a lot of anxiety, a lot of uncertainty in the world at the moment. You're probably stuck at home, so I wanted to give everybody full access for free to my fitness app for the next six weeks.”

In the post’s caption Hemsworth writes, “Centr was founded to make health and happiness accessible to all, and I hope that this will make that access even easier during the current global health crisis.”

The app is designed to appeal to people of all fitness levels, with advice and hundreds of workout plans from 20 different coaches including the actor, and his wife, Elsa Pataky. Available on Android, iPhone and Apple Watch, the Centr app offers weekly plans, healthy food recipes, meditation techniques, workout videos and more. It also allows you to log your progress and offers a variety of diet plans that can likely meet anyone's dietary requirements.

There is no cancellation fee, and you can cancel at any time, before or after your trial ends. If you continue with the paid program, the longer you train, the less expensive it is. Centr costs $10 a month if you pay for a full year's membership ($120), with the free six-week trial available only for those who sign up before March 31.

Are you planning to workout with Chris Hemsworth or are you just planning to do bicep curls using your remote to watch him play Thor in all the Marvel movies you’re binging during your self-quarantine? Sound off in the comments below!
