Friday Five: Some Our Favorite 'Toy Story 4' - Inspired Fashion Finds

Toy Story 4 hits theaters this weekend, and there are all kinds of fun fashion collections and collaborations out there for fans to commemorate the movie’s release in style. We’re kicking what is going to be a regular feature here on Fashion and Fandom with a Friday Five roundup of some of our favorite fashion finds for any of you who love the Toy Story franchise to infinity and beyond!

1. Elhoffer Design Retro Style Mustard & Burgundy Checkered Cowboy Knit Sweater ($82, Unique Vintage)

Unique Vintage has teamed up with one of our favorite designers, Catherine Elhoffer, for some retro-inspired sweaters including this Checkered Cowboy Knit Sweater made in Woody’s memorable mustard and burgundy print.

2. Disney Pixar Toy Story 4 Woody Boots ($58, Hot Topic)

How cute are these boots? Featuring embroidery detailing and "ANDY" in a backwards scrawl on the bottom right shoe, the Her Universe X Disney Pixar Toy Story Woody Boots are available now both at Her Universe and Hot Topic. They’re cute enough to wear on their own, or in a full-out Andy or Jesse costume or Disneybound.

3. Space Ranger Circle Skirt ($105, Wishes and Wardrobes)

If you’re a nerdy fashionista and you’re not familiar with the Esty shop, Wishes and Wardrobes you’ve been missing out! The shop is full of beautiful handmade circle skirts from a variety of fandoms including Disney. It looks like the shop currently offers 4 different Toy Story-inspired pieces, including this Space Rangers Circle Skirt made of 100% cotton with acrylic felt appliqués.

4. Toy Story 4 The Greatest Stuntman Womens Tank Top ($29, BoxLunch)

It’s been hard not to crack a smile the last few weeks reading all the pieces about how Keanu Reeves is having a ‘moment’ right now, because for some of us Gen X’ers, he’s been having a ‘moment’ since the late 1980’s. So in honor of the apparent Reevesaissance we’re in here’s a cute tank from BoxLunch featuring Duke Caboom, the character Reeves plays in Toy Story 4.

The Greatest Stuntman Women’s Tank comes in sizes XS-2XL and is perfect for wearing in the summertime with jeans, leggings, or cutoffs. Besides — can you ever have too many nerdy t-shirts?!? No. I didn’t think so either.

5. Toy Story 4 Dress for Women ($128, shopDisney)

As expected, shopDisney has a huge selection of Toy Story 4 fashion and accessories available right now, but this new dress that’s part of The Dress Shop Collection caught our eye. The Toy Story 4 Dress for Women is lace-trimmed teal dress has cap sleeves, a sash waist with a back zipper closure and pockets. It features screen art of all of our favorite Toy Story characters and their new friends.
