My love for BlackMilk Clothing goes back — all the way back to the company’s early days and its first (and unlicensed) run of Star Wars-inspired swimsuits. I’ve been hooked on the brand ever since, and even though I have a “few” (okay, a LOT) of their nylon in my closet already, I always find room for more — especially when the company debuts pieces featuring designs from a galaxy far, far, away.
The Australian label dropped a new Star Wars collection is called “I am the rebellion”, and it’s is packed full of designs inspired by some of our favorite characters from the original trilogy.

The collection has dresses, leggings, overalls, and shorts — all in the same comfortable styles we’ve come to love from BlackMilk.

Some of my favorite pieces are the collection’s two kimonos. The C-3PO and R2-D2 short kimono features artwork by Tsuneo Sanda and it’s so beautiful! The longer Darth Vader kimono is impressive… MOST impressive too.
