Brie Larson Suits Up In "Captain Marvel" Behind-The-Scenes Photo

Filming is finally underway on Captain Marvel, and fans are finally getting a look at Brie Larson in Marvel's first all-female superhero film. Marvel tweeted the first photo of Larson posing on a fighter jet alongside Brigadier General Jeannie Leaves, 57th Wing Commander who Larsen recently met on a visit to Nellis Air Force Base while she was researching her Carol Danvers character. It's not the Captain Marvel superset, but we'll take it!

Captain Marvel stars Brie Larson, Samuel L. Jackson, Ben Mendelsohn, Djimon Hounsou, Lee Pace, Lashana Lynch, and Gemma Chan. The film is being directed by Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck, and is scheduled to be released March 8, 2019.
