The Spice Girls Set To Voice Animated Superhero Film

It looks like the 90's nostalgia fix some have been hoping may be happening soon. Variety reports an animated movie starring The Spice Girls is being shaped around Hollywood.

According to sources, all five members of the group have signed off on their likenesses being used for a superhero movie. The singers would reportedly each possess a special "girl power" in the film, because, of COURSE. Victoria Beckham (Posh Spice), Melanie Brown (Scary Spice), Emma Bunton (Baby Spice), Melanie Chisholm (Sporty Spice), and Geri Halliwell (Ginger Spice) will lend their voices to the five main characters of the film.

“The Spice Girls are thinking big in terms of a franchise on a global scale. They’re the most successful girl group on the planet. It’s just what Marvel or Disney needs,” an unnamed source close to the group told Variety.
