The the blue-ombre skirt is "midi-length" and features a pattern based on an actual star chart. It's cute on it's own, but if you turn on the battery pack hidden in the elastic waistband, more than 250 LED lights will illuminate. You can set the lights to "on", "off" or "twinkle".
